Status Update...

Wondering about our small delay in opening?  We have good news!  Due to a snag in moving into an existing building, we've been afforded the opportunity to build a custom purpose-built factory from the ground up!  This will enable us to realize our physical and aesthetic goals in such a way that emphasizes the unique landscape and surroundings and ultimately results in a facility worthy of the New World vision.

During this delay, we have finalized equipment decisions, and have further refined our product design from recipe to bottle.
